Ad hoc solutions
Cloc Spout the practical, resealable solution for breakfast cereals, Pour & Dose the carton with a practical integrated dosing system, Bispenser the first eco-friendly salt shaker made entirely of paperboard.

Many manufacturers of consumer goods were quick to realize the additional potential of packaging, combining purely functional features with aesthetic qualities, practicality and reliability, to win the hearts of consumers. Unilever, Procter&Gamble, Reckitt Benkiser and Nestlé are just some of the companies that have already chosen Tacom for their products.

Material innovation
But Tacom's quest to meet the multitude of requirements in an increasingly demanding market didn’t stop there. For years we’ve successfully expanded our range of materials, offering customers spouts made of coloured plastic, bioplastic and special, high-quality, certified, water-repellent paperboard used in resealable, mono-material 100% paper packaging. Suffice to say this is the same strong material used in the aviation sector.

Process optimisation
We also continually study and strive to optimise production processes. We have extensive experience in the field and noticed many companies and multinationals suffer from productivity losses, downtime, and other hindrances to production. Often the cause is that the company’s carton feeder or reel change procedure isn’t flexible and reliable enough. We designed the Tacom Carton Feeder and External Reel Changer to solve these problems, providing customers with systems they can use for efficient production runs, to make costly downtime a thing of the past.

Production line efficiency upgrades
We’ve also upgraded production lines to make them more efficient, resulting in significant savings. The modification of some components on a cartoning machine at Nestlé Rumilly in France is an emblematic example.
